My Beautiful Nieces

Ma'Kayla and Jasmin  -  July 2012

Saturday night Jasmin brought her daddy to my house to watch the UFC fight. While he watched TV, Jasmin played with Ma'Kayla. They had a great time playing with blocks and building towers.

After the fight was over, everyone got up and left  to stretch their legs. It was just the girls and I left in the room. With all the open space they too decided to get up and let out some pent-up energy. They jumped, hopped and skipped around the room. They circled the coffee table a few times before they noticed I had a camera in my hand.

Earlier that day I had taken a few pictures outside of my garden. I had grabbed my camera to see which ones I wanted to post or if I need to take a few more. So I was not really paying attention to the girls but keeping my eye out on them to make sure they didn't go head first into anything.  Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed that every trip around the table they got closer and closer to where I was sitting. Finally they had hopped, skipped and jumped until they made there way right in front of me. Like clock work, they started smiling their devious smiles :) Of course,  they were conning me into taking their pictures.  Who could resist those big brown eyes and contagious smiles.... 

I wasn't quite ready for the first picture. My camera settings were for set for earlier but I still caught that sly smile.  Jasmin is a bit more of a ham for the camera but Kayla was determined that she was gonna get in on the fun also.  So she lined up and gave it her best shot... BEAUTIFUL!

I love these two little brats so much! 

They make my heart happy!
